ATKINS INDUCTION PHASE
Hi Bekkah...You can eat pepperoni during induction depending on how the sodium affects you. Its great to microwave til crispy and eat like chips also if you get the new "mini" pepperonis they are thicker and when microwaved they are GREAT and stay crispy in soups.
