Aunt Lou's funeral yesterday. I didn't pay a damn bit of attention to what I ate, and you know what? I don't care. I blew it for yesterday, but overall, I still have a hefty calorie deficit for the week. It's not an excuse, but there were enough things on my mind yesterday to not care.
