Houston we could have a problem here. Today I have decided to give up smoking. Oh dear whilst very good for my lungs the way I have eaten today it will not be good for my waste. However, there is a certain amount of trading off against alcohol which I intend to avoid as it is a nicotine trigger for me. Ok, lets see how it goes.
