Another exhausted day. I wish Piper would get over this sickness because I really need some sleep and despite having two parents in the home (though we are not together), she basically only has one. I do everything for her...I am also the one staying up late to cuddle her...sleeping on the couch so she can breath...getting up in the middle of the night to refill her milk cup because she just isn't really eating much. Toss in more teeth coming in and yeah. It's exhausting, frustrating and rewarding all at once. I just wish I got a little more help but oh well.

Yesterday, we celebrated my mom's birthday. I did make sure to log everything and was surprised that I didn't go over my limit. It's a pleasant surprise lol! Anyhow, today, I can already tell is going to be a long day just because of the lack of sleep. I can't let it defeat me though. After I am done oil pulling and such, I am planning on working out. Today's evening workout won't really burn much of anything but I am looking forward to trying this new yoga video. I might end up liking it more than the one I have lol and I found it online for free! :D

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Cardio was harder than I remembered! It didn't help that my legs were kind of tight from yesterday but I managed to get through it. Right now, my goal is to get through the whole program doing the modified versions and then I'll go through again doing the full. I do have to say that I am so very happy that I can finally workout again.

Plank: 20 sec plank...same as yesterday. I was shaking pretty badly but I had pushed through. I swear, such a simple workout yet it works soooo much!

Yoga: I actually really liked this particular program. It gave me a nice stretch and got my heart rate up a little bit. So yeah, I think I will stick with it. It's going to be every other day, swapping it with Kettlebells since I aim to only do those 3 times a week. Proud that I did my evening workout! :D
