Okkkkk, weeeeee, lets enjoy the 'roller coaster' :-) at least it is on the downward trend for today anyway :-) I did resist temptation yesterday, which I am happy about. I volunteer at a church thrift store and they always have some fresh baked homemade goodies for our coffee break, plus other items not on my woe. I brought 2 containers of yummy strawberries to share and my lunch, others also bring their lunches sometimes so I didn't feel out of place and the strawberries were a big hit. It was easy for me to resist the home made fresh baked lemon cake and left over pizza. Also I kept the vision in my mind of my dinner for that night which was baked fish with a lot of veggies one of my fav meals. Today is a new day and another opportunity to be tempted but I feel I can make it though. Just taking it one day & sometimes one moment at a time :-) Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take Care to ALL :-)
