Thanks BB...we seem to be getting a handle on the breakfasts and lunches now .. after almost a year of trying!!... Of course, being it's now good weather, it helps us avoid those heavier meals also!
We finally got our porch cleared off, so now we can enjoy our meals outdoors while we plan our work!
Productive exercise plus sensible eating helps with weight loss in a happy way!
