Even though I am only going to "officially" weigh once a week, both for my weight history here, and my Challenge with my Buddy DDH, I stepped on the scale this morning, and was down almost 3 lbs. since Monday! I understand this is likely water weight...have been on Induction before, but I had forgotten how motivating it is! I'll be pissed if I get on the scale monday morning and the picture is different, but as for now, I am VERY motivated to keep on track!
