Getting started again after birthing and raising 4 kids! 20years ago an exercise program helped sculpt a managable body and sure we can do it again! I am 44yrs old and 180lbs!!!!! 140lbs would be an effiecent goal for my bone structure. Now off I go: counting calories and targeting protruding areas with Buns&Abs of Steel!!!
