man I feel like I failed today. I had to work, help with my sons hw and take care of my 4 month old, while trying to exersise. When dinner came I didnt feel like having the same baked chicken. I couldnt think of anything and the salad i had for lunch was horible thanks to fat free ranch! Who ever put the name ranch on that bottle obviously has never had ranch dressing. It was nasty. So for dinner I made a mexican mix. Ground turkey, corn, salsa, kidney beans, brown wild rice(calorie killer), 1 tortilla and some lettuce tomatoes and light dressing. Total of 731 cal can you say ouch. so put me right at 1500, probally a little more. I worked out twice hard, but still feel like I failed. oh well.
