Had more leg surgery today, really sore. Supposed to have my left leg done in the next 2 weeks, but have to go back on Monday to make sure the surgery is working. On a good note supposed to go back to work next week!!!! Still eating only till full and it seems that I am getting fuller sooner. Today only 3 carbs and less than 600 calories. Maybe it is the medicine that I had to take today but I just don't want to eat.
