First day back at work. Seems like I was never away. I am staying on course with my food portioning. Walked for about an hour. It is extremely difficult to walk or run with our extreme cold weather in Toronto. Looking forward to going back to my yoga classes starting tomorrow. I am hoping to see weightloss with 90 mins yoga workout twice a week. Right now I am stuck at 148 but I will not give up. I have done it before, I can do it again
