I'm very sore from the first official installment of Hell Week, but I still managed to get a nice walk in this afternoon. I'm proud of myself for getting it done yesterday but oy...walking up the stairs or even changing my shirt is a painful experience right now. Some of the sore muscles make sense, like my thighs, butt and shoulders, but I didn't even know you could strain your damn armpits.
I'm dreading tomorrow.
