I'm pretty happy with the way my day went today. I got up (thank God) in time to go to the gym (4:40am)--worked out. 40 min cardio & 10 minutes free weights, took a shower and headed to work. The day passed pretty quick for me, and I only noticed being kinda sleepy and draggy by around 4:30, so I think that's good-since I work 12 hour days. I am thankful that I was able to get my butt up outta bed and get to the gym before work. It took a load off of me after work, too. I didn't weigh in today because of my period and I don't want to upset myself.
