Good Morning. Well here I am again. I must learn to accept slight changes in weight and not panic. How many times have you heard this from me? Oh well I am down again today and who knows what tomorrow brings so I will just keep on trucking along. Sometimes I think you cannot teach old dogs new tricks. Well anyway have a great day.
