I'm going to follow the Mediterranean diet as much as I can. My husband doesn't like to buy a lot of fresh fruits / veggies -- but he has been getting better the past few months, especially since I have quit smoking.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
