ok I dont understand how I can only lose 1 pound when I was very very careful all week long. Tracked everything I ate. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Been stuck in the 290 for over 6 months. Im getting frustrated

Don't be so down on yourself, that happens sometimes. I don't know how active you are, but moving more helps me. Try making a goal about moving... walking, taking stairs everywhere you go, park far away from the entrance you need to go in anything that is more then you would usually do. Just don't give up, that one pound is one less pound then you weighed last week.

That's one more pound you don't have to lose. Make sure you are eating your daily points everyday (they are your minimum). Drink your water. Get in your dairy, fruits, veggies, and lean protein. Stay away from too many processed foods (too much sodium). Get in exercise if you can (it can make a big difference). Any kind of movement is good (being active). Just keep going and you will be out of the 290's before you know it.
