~been low carbing it on the atkins for 3 days and ive already lost 2lbs!! it feels so good to finally see the scale budge!!!

good job girl !! I have been low carbin it for 7 days and have lost 5 lbs ! :) . I hope I can keep losing weight like this , its such a great thing when yu step on the scale and see that outcome !!!
