So yesterday was my birthday and even though I'm on this journey back to weight loss, my husband and my 11 year son wanted to take me out to one of my favourite restaurant Rocco's Plum Tomato in west end Toronto. Had to give in. I had Breast of Duck with apple, brandy & scallion in Marsala cream sauce (I know!) & bokchoy over a small potion of risotto - they were heavenly.

Today, I am back on track with my diet and I will be better at this when I am back at work on Monday, been off since Dec 24th. Certainly not looking forward to it.
