newnormal's Journal, 09 January 2015

Yesterday was a good food day although I was a little hungrier than usual and I've been waiting to go to the grocery until today, so making do. Still a bit of a drop so that's good but I didn't get outside yesterday for any sort of movement. I'll work on that today. I have raking to finish in the backyard and I don't think the front will ever stop needing it lol. I have an oak tree in the front and one on the neighbor's property feeding my lawn oak leaves. It's a good movement opportunity ;)

I'm down about 8 lbs. since 12/29, hoping to make it 10 lbs. in 2 weeks if I can get down 2 more between now and Monday. Under 200 will be nice. I have a goal of 193 before I see my doc on the 23rd to at least get me back to where I was when I saw him last. Love holiday season but that's where I always gain weight if I don't have the right mindset.

Hoping for a lunch date today but if not, will go for a longer walk during lunch time. It's been cold (for here) but I'll suck it up and get out there. It's a good day, enjoy yours! :) Happy Friday everybody.
