Doing this for real. Diet and exercise.
I did the active 2 on the kinect today for a little over 20 minutes. Lifted yesterday. may lift tomorrow or give myself and extra day or resting the muscles.
My arms are starting to look toned and ive only been at lifting for maybe 3 weeks now. I have a gym membership yet I go over to my brothers and me and my two other brothers lift. Its better than doing it by myself. Ill use the gym for elipticals and stair climbers. so cardio and strength will be taken care of. im trying to lift at least twice a week. 3 would be ideal but shift work sometimes messes things up.
