Ah .... Rainy Monday!!! I really enjoyed having 4 days in a row off of work and now it is back to reality. Reality is okay ... I only wish I could figure out how to make the same money I make in 40 hours and only work 24-32 hours!! LOL!!!

The journey to more consistent health goes well. I wish my chart was showing a steady decline but that does not appear to be the case, at least not at the moment. Other than my one spazz day last week I continue to feel more calm and confident about maintaining my loss and about my current status than I ever have before that I can recall. That is very positive. I will simply continue to do what I have been doing for the past 6 months and all should be fine. I would like to mix up my exercise routine a bit and I am thinking about increasing the variety of what I eat. I would so much still like to see the scale decline, and would still like to see 175, my goal weight, but I no longer am in a hurry. That is new still.

I also continue to weigh daily but am not putting it in here on a daily basis. The daily weigh-ins are just very matter-of-fact for the most part. Simply a part of my daily routine. I am so much less stressed about fluctuations than before. For instance, yesterday I actually ate under 1000 calories. Not on purpose but it just worked out that way. I also (in an attempt to catch up on Netflix I missed while out of town) did 90 minutes on my elliptical. I burned more calories on my elliptical than I consumed ... and yet ... up 2 tenths of a pound this morning. Oh well ... whatever. It will likely be different again tomorrow!!

I love your attitude. I too have been less freaky about the ups n downs but am sure I will freak out soon, lol. I agree w/ you on routine, I get up go to the bathrm weigh in eat bfast etc. lol. Its just routine for me. You n me are a lot alike.
