doing so much better with sugar for some reason. Also quit those bars and things from Roots etc. Got through the Christmas season pretty much on plan no deserts. Recently trying to add some coconut oil to at one cup of coffee and put a little gradually on Joe's potatoes. Made him eat a tiny bit of turkey last night.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
