Leg was very sore today, didn't walk as far as I did yesterday but at least I did do exercise. I cant ride a bike because my knees won't let me, too cold to swim in our outdoor pool, no exercise that would put any pressure on my legs or core for the next 6 weeks kinda limits what I am able to do. Doing better on my eating, no junk food trying to get my calories up and still keeping my carbs under 20 a day. Yesterday lucked out at the 99 cent store in Scottsdale and bought Atkins breakfast sandwiches for 99 a box!!!
