So far this week I have gone to the gym four times, two of those were for Zumba hour long classes. I feel like my period may be coming early, I'm kinda drained today and crampy--not sure I'm going to work out after work--but probably will. I brought all my stuff. LOL! If I'm going to develop an addiction--let that addiction be healthy, let it be working out and losing weight FAST!Well..I didn't go to the gym-felt like poop. Crampz and bloating-hello mother nature....
