Well Good Morning! Happy Friday the 13th! Well last night's dinner didn't work out as planned to had to remove food from my journal. Had to rush and eat and off and "running" again so yesterday's menu certainly didn't have enough veggies, however on a good note I just couldn't take it anymore and caved and got on the scale and since starting on Monday I have lost 8.4 lbs!! VERY happy with that! Have a wedding to go to tonight (yeah I know Friday the 13th-CRAZY) but have a plan to eat a big salad with the fixin's before I go then eat only the turkey and veggie tray (menu includes turkey, ham, BBQ meatballs,pasta salad, veggie tray, and of course CAKE UHG) Well wish me luck!
