I didn't have 3 servings of juice all at once today. I'm finding that with diabetes I am getting low blood sugar more often so trying to adjust my insulin levels is a challenge right now. I am so used to eating bad carbs so looks like I'll need to decrease my insulin again. I really need to learn how to increase the protein. Any suggestions?
