MAN! I have got to cut back on the carbs! That is most of what I eat. I hope to make this a better week with my meals.

ok, I need to lighten up at breakfast. I think I worry that if I don't eat enough food that my blood-sugars will drop. I have noticed that eating more protein has helped me not have sugar cravings. I hope that lasts. Aside from the coffee creamer and agave in my oatmeal I haven't indulged in sweets...oh, I do put fruit in my greek yogurt..that counts as sugar. I will stop drinking coffee cause it has negative effects on me. I want to try hummus and veggies for a snack. I would eat beef jerky but that just seems so bad for the body with all that yummy sodium. I know they sell soy jerky or healthy jerky but that doesn't appeal to me like beef. I bought almond butter to put on my celery. It's edible.....

I didn't have 3 servings of juice all at once today. I'm finding that with diabetes I am getting low blood sugar more often so trying to adjust my insulin levels is a challenge right now. I am so used to eating bad carbs so looks like I'll need to decrease my insulin again. I really need to learn how to increase the protein.
Any suggestions?
