My weight didn't change; I didn't gain or lose. TOM is about gone, so hopefully tomorrow I should lose something, even if it's 4 oz. :-)
198.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Do not get discouraged, at first you loose a lot but the weight will come off. Just make sure you eat more protein to increase your muscle mass, and drop the fat.
