Happy New Year!!!

New Goals: Vamp up exercise program -- strengthen leg and back muscles
(short term) Lose 15 pounds by end of March
Count calories/eat healthy/plan meals/vamp up go-to foods for busy days and concentrate on PORTION CONTROL

Document everything in fatsecret!!!! Keep track!
Go over information from diet program. Helpful! Plan, Plan, Plan

Holidays were hectic! I need to slow down, recharge and de-stress. Focus on my priorities -- mainly, getting healthy and losing weight and most definitely relaxing more. Maybe meditating should come back into the picture. We'll see.

Meanwhile, everything is good.
