I didn't realise just how deep seated, emotional eating went...

I thought I'd dealt with the insensitive words of my niece this morning, but unfortunately they were still there eating away at me.

I am glad I did a great breakfast and lunch, but just now I lost it big time. I am however pleased that whilst I ate too many biscuits, scones and sweets that wasn't good for me the rest have been thrown in the bin.

Clearly I've got work to do...

Dealing with the causes that trigger over eating.... must be high on the agenda.
