Okay, I'm finally starting to feel like I'm getting back in control. I'm not so ravenous.. I'm making better food choices.
I was getting a little depressed yesterday, but I'm not "strong" enough to give up. There may be delays, but I will never stop. I just can't handle giving up. It's the worst feeling ever. Now making a few mistakes along the way... that's bearable.

There may be some outliers but your graph shows a strong downward trend. Be proud! What a great attitude btw. It's hard to accept mistakes are inevitable, and if you can accept them and move on... you're awesome.
