The soluble fibre content will slow down digestion so that may make you feel fuller and settle the digestion right enough. Very good for you!!

I am a big fan of fibre.......soluble and insoluble. And I think our *AHEM* digestive system is a great indicator of our overall health. So I don't mind a discreet chat about these things!!

Heather, thank you. How are you? Please don't put me off char seeds, as I was thinking of trying them. Are they expensive? Everyone different I might or might not like them but I'll give them ago. £2 for 200g and cos they are so small there are loads, iv had them in my porridge and on my weetabix they don't really taste of much but are crunchy, iv not had too many at a time as I hear it helps with the digestive don't want any surprises lol xx
