I have been seeing a nutritionist for about 6 weeks so far. I have lost about 13lbs. Its been slow but consistent and I haven't gone backwards once , which is a big deal for me! I have two more meetings left with the nutritionist. I'm concerned because now I won't have that once a week check in but I'm hoping that this forum will help. My biggest challenge will be getting active. I am one of the most clumsy sedentary people you will ever meet and the NYC winter is looming. My nutritionist got a me a trial pass for a local gym and I've looked up the class schedules they offer. They have a water fitness class which I think is my best bet right now. The schedule is good for me (Friday mornings- my only day off- kids will be at school). But I am really reluctant. I am a creature of comfort and routine…….this is very far outside of my zone.
