I am by no means active. Too many aches and pains, never been athletic. My weight has been a lifelong problem and even surgery did not end it. I am a full time mom, wife, and civil servant. I am looking for long term solutions to my weight struggle and sugar issues. I travel a lot for work and am sitting in my car (in traffic) at least two hrs a day :(
