OOOOOOHHHHHHH what a week!!! Been TOO busy & it shows :( 7 days out of the month with no exercise!!! Not acceptable at all. I am so enjoying the workouts & my healthy eating that I truly miss it terribly when I am not keeping up with it. I miss it so much that it almost puts me in a depression. So here I am vowing to be even better than what I have been. :) AND I will keep improving until I get it right,which means doing my 2 mile walk, core workouts, & eating healthy food within my set calorie limits 90% of the time.

Thanks Jeri :) We just need to figure out a way to not let things get in the way & Im starting to think that the way just may need to be :"I can do _____(insert what ever is getting in the way) right after I ____" (insert what we are letting slide )
