Sweetpea Lisa B's Journal, 29 April 2022

I've been doing well with watching my fat levels over the past few days. Fat should be less than 6% of my total daily calories, and so far I'm way under that. Yay! It's all for the better in the long term. I'm not on any prescription drugs now, and I'll be 57 next month, so it's so far so good as far as blood pressure, heart meds, chol meds, etc etc etc is concerned! I want to stay drug-free for as long into my future as possible. Every drug has side effects, and that thought just rubs me the wrong way!

How did you decide on a 6% limit for your fats? Seems a bit low …
