I am still under by goal weight - that is until I set my new goal. I want to wait a few days, just to make sure that I REALLY have reached this one. I think I will wait for a kg or two to drop off me, then I will announce the next goal. It won't be too long, I hope. Of course, not setting a new goal right now doesn't change the game. I will stay at my 1900 calorie intake just as usual, and just go with it. I will weigh in daily also. I have been debating with myself whether I should start weighing in weekly, but I am not ready for that, I think. I like the control, and I like knowing what's happening with my body. I am so excited being at a new low, and past my goal weight. Life is good!
