Day 3 - came to work with a plan only to be thwarted by my boss's generosity. Now to eat 2 breakfasts. Oh well worked too late to have dinner last night, and scales this morning made me smile. Lunch is going to be yummy homemade from Janet & James Butternut squash soup with a grand total of 75 calories! That is if I ever finish breakfast!
