I'm baaaaaccck!! Now I'm focusing more on cholesterol and fat levels this go-round because much to my surprise, my last physical indicated my cholesterol level was a little too high for my doctor's liking. I was at 3.8---whatever that means---and they like to see readings between 0.00 and 3.4. So, the pill-o-phobe that I am, I'm determined to get this level down to at least 3.4 naturally and without medication. So back to Fatsecret I go because I love the charts and pie charts: that's my style of gathering information. Fatsecret helps me understand my health better than any other type of recordkeeping I've done in the past and that's why I keep coming back.
