Fell off the wagon. I was starving this evening. Ate some peanuts. Hopefully it won't slow me down. Need to buy some shirataki noodles. Still hungry--probably stress. Going to sleep sounds like the best diet option......

Are you drinking enough water? I found that if I drink a large glass of water every time I start feeling like the munchies are coming, I can stave them off.
But yes, stress and lack of sleep will definitely give you cravings, especially carb cravings!
