Facing 2 big events in the next two weeks that will test my willpower. Mother's Day tea party at my sisters house, at least with this one I will be bringing low carb food myself, so if I can eat nothing else, but what I make, so be it. I just hope I can resist other yummy temptations. Next week will be worse, the Greek Festival is a yearly event. I am going to try to stick with the lower carb foods, but there is nothing there that is 100 percent atkins friendly. The best I can do is stick with mousaka (sp) and Spanokipita (sp) Most ingredients are meat/cheese/egg but one is made with Philo dough, and there is no way I'm not going to be having it. But since my stomach has shrunk, I'll be full before I know it.
