I'm not following the low carb diet like I used to...but I am eating a ton more fruit and veggies. I typically eat protein and grilled veggies, or salads. I love the summer because there is so much more produce available.

I think my challenge will come when the weather starts getting cold again, but until then I will keep doing what I'm doing! Thanks TO ALL for the love and support you've given me these last few months! :) Sending hugs...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Im the same love done the diet before but eating low calorie high fibre high atkins! loads of fresh veg and fruit ! keep up the good work ive lost 11 pounds , four to five pounds to go!
