I'm not following the low carb diet like I used to...but I am eating a ton more fruit and veggies. I typically eat protein and grilled veggies, or salads. I love the summer because there is so much more produce available.
I think my challenge will come when the weather starts getting cold again, but until then I will keep doing what I'm doing! Thanks TO ALL for the love and support you've given me these last few months! :) Sending hugs...
