Tried to up my calories last night with low carb spaghetti with alfredo. silly me, the alfredo sauce had less calories than the pasta. So I didn't even break 1000 calories. Made a mim for today, knowing that is higher in calories, maybe I can break 1000 today. Never thought I'm be trying to consume MORE calories. Either way it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss. In fact, last month it took forever (the entire month) to lose 10 pounds. So far I'm only 6 days into this month, and already down 4 pounds. I guess last month was my body adjusting to the loss, this month I'm burning the fat quickly.
