I admit. I had given up somewhat due to be frustrated with the whole dieting thing. Adding to that, the guy I was in a relationship with always wanted to go out to eat. After weighing myself today, this dieting has gotten a bit more serious for. I have got to start taking better care of myself if I don't want to stay in the hospital like my grandfather.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
