Going to try harder at being updating my journals. I got lazy again lol!

So after another bought of not doing what I should be doing and seeing the weight creep up on me (and knowing that it is ultimately my fault), I have decided that during today, I am going to focus on meal planning and my macros. If I can do that and correct my eating, then everything else should fall into place. I know I know...in weight loss, its like 80% what you eat and 20% getting up and moving. So I am going to try my best today.

So far, I love the UP by Jawbone. I set it to where if I am inactive for 30 minutes, it will vibrate, signalling me to get up and walk around for awhile. I am hoping this will help me achieve my steps goal. Hopefully, the next time around with the P90X3 Classic Schedule, the last two blocks won't be as...inconsistent as this time around. Well those are my hopes anyway. One day at a time...have to remember that.

Daily Summary
*P90X3: Whew! Eccentric Lower was difficult yet I oddly had fun with it. I wish I was stronger on my right side since I seem to stumble a lot on that side as opposed to my left but I guess it will improve over time. I just need to make working out more consistent so I can see results again. :)

Plank: 30 second plank...omg! I swear...it is sooo hard. After just 10 seconds, I was shaking but I forced myself through it. The shaking means something is happening right? LOL! I am honestly glad that I started this though. I am going to try to go through all the variations of plank though. Right now...I have my elbows down. Maybe I should include a side plank because...I can't do those for squat!
