went awol with the diet for the last few months - got a shock when i stood on the scales :o(

It's amazing how many extra calories you can consume through alcohol. I haven't drank for the last week, even managed to avoid it over the weekend which is good for me. Plus when I've had a few drinks I'm more likely to start eating rubbish! x

How are u doing so far this wk end ? u watching the eurovision ? lol id love a bt of wine but i will resits - my boyfriends being great because hes staying off the drink too , but he seems to have better willpower than me ! lol x
