When am I gonna learn that I just can't drink? What a waste of time this weekend was. I would have had just as much fun celebrating my DH birthday, sober. I never even got buzzed and yet over the course of the weekend I drank at least 7 shots. Of course the scale is reflecting this. I am happy to say that I have not lost my determination. I am on course, full steam ahead!

Lesson's learned are valuable. Sounds like you have turned the weekend into a learning experience and that is a good thing! Forge ahead and drink lots of water to flush it out. You will see the change back :)

Remember this is a journey and as the song says "The Road is long, with many a winding turn"...
So, you made a little detour, I hope you're right back on track. I do the same thing. I have some drinks and then wonder, what the heck??

Wicked Step Monster as weirdangel says this a long and winding road, you are not perfect none of us are if we were we wouldn't all be where we are now. I find that a drink puts me back as well. I can eat Atkins bars but not have a drink. You are doing great, keep up the good work.

The scale is weird. Monday, after my weekend it said I was up 2 lbs. Yesterday I was up 4, and this morning I am right back to where I was before the weekend. One thing I am learning, I do best when I eat more salads and drink more water..DUH!
I have 2 days till weigh in and my goal hope, is to lose 6 ounces by then.
