Well, I expected to do worse than this. But apparently I gained for a few days and then went right back to the weight I was before cheating really bad on the weekend. A few days ago... I was like 5 to 8 pounds heavier. Sad thing is, I've stayed the same for almost a month now! YUK. I behaved really good yesterday and went right back on my diet. This morning to my suprise I'm the same as I was before I cheated. Thank goodness! Well, off to work. Have a great day everyone!
