Sick :( Barely was able to eat dinner. Slept most of the day. Not good for the beginning of a new month. Not going to let it stand in the way for my ultimate goal -a healthier lifestyle. Might be another day before I feel 100% but I will get back at my healthy lifestlye :) Keeping positive...
