Having a hard time eating well this week. No motivation and major cravings. Resisting as best as I can but this week overall has been pretty bad. I think partly because I splurged over the weekend, my body wants to keep that up. Got a run scheduled for tonight and probably another tomorrow, so I’m trying to keep on track but this week has been frustrating for me. Still feeling stressed over the money situation due to my change in full time to part time at work, but I'm hoping that will subside some once I actually start that schedule next week. Trying not to eat because I'm stressed, but the desire is there.

Hang in there...I've found that when I go overboard on carbs and especially sweets they're like a magnet and it's hard to beat the cravings and get back on track. For me the solution is to fast part of a day, cut calories back under RDI, cut carbs, drink tons of water, and make it through a day or two of that. Then I feel much better and am back on track. Hoping you can push through the cravings, let go of the stress and get back to eating better. :)

I'm right there with you! I'm having a really hard time saying no to bad foods lately, so I know what you're going through, and don't even get me started on finances...ugh...why can't everything be free? lol.

Must be something in the air because it's been a helluva week for me, too. Glad to hear I'm not alone!

I agree, it's nice to hear I'm not the only one struggling this week! :)

It's true, doing what we know is right CAN be tough on us but as Jim brought up, THERE IS A WAY OUT! The *more* we *resist* the urges to do what is not in our best interests, the *easier* doing what IS best for us becomes.THAT is how we "train" our mind & then our mind(which is what we are SUPPOSED to use in making decisions) WILL lead us in the way we should go :) Just as a computer can only do what it's programmed to do......
